If you have gout, is smart to talk about the intake of protein and a high intake of animal protein sources to be careful, gout worse.

The good news is that may be dairy and milk if you gout are. Whey is isolate a protein from milk, and it would be preferable.

Whey protein contains high amounts of lactoferrin, which helps accelerate the healing process the body. The large amount of amino acids in whey protein can also cause the body to optimum health quickly, so that the immune system and take the fight to fall faster and easier.

Check the labels of the protein and the main elements of serum-list.
